Faith or Fear.
There are three sides to a story, your side, their side, and the truth. There are three sides to your story. What you believe, what they believe, and the truth.
All three of these things are on the inside of us and face a double edge sword, faith & fear. Decisions, relationships, new roles, and positions derive from either faith or fear.
Some say fear is a motivator. You or other people believe faith is either fake or real.
Then there is the truth.
What is your truth?
Do you ignite your way of living based on faith or fear?
If both are involved, what is the management of this mindset?
What do you fear?
How do you execute your faith?
Does one out way the other, if so which one, faith or fear?
These are questions I ask myself everyday. I think in self reflection, and examination, it is healthy to call yourself to the carpet. Face your truths! Not the truth that you think should be the answer, or truth by popular opinions from peers and society, but what is the exact answer to the questions.
Review the information that you acknowledge and gain some clarity. This is, called self -awareness.
You know what, I recognized that when it came to launching into some new areas, I was making decisions, and working on them based on fear. I also recognized that I didn't like the results of the decisions and some of the work I put in.
What will happen if decisions and action steps were a result based on the faith you have?
Ensure to consider the act of reasoning with the facts, logic, the action, and commitment to the decision, alongside your faith.
I also believe that even when you face fear you still have to act in faith. Our confidence allows us to be certain based on reality, and our ability to be unsure about the possible outcomes, can be an interesting game.
Here are some truths.
Fear puts curses on your life. Proverbs 23:7- As a man think’s so is he….
Simple but powerful, we become what we think. If you think you can't be or do then you wont. You authorize restrictions and your authorize the things people have said on your family and your self. Start speaking and thinking things as they will be.
Faith gives courage, endurance, growth, and deliverance.
Hebrews 11:1: Faith is confidence for what we hope for and what we do not see.
Luke 6: 45 : For the mouth speaks, what the heart is full of.
What is it going to be, Faith or Fear?
